Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible
Zyga, operated from Paris, France, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything privacy-related, write to contact@zyga.ai.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, company details and settings.
- Business data you process: information about the prospects and contacts you work with in Zyga (names, professional contact details, messages, notes). For this data you are the controller and Zyga acts as your processor.
- Usage data: logs and basic analytics about how the Service is used, to keep it secure and improve it.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide the Service (finding prospects, drafting and sending messages you approve, sorting replies), to secure and improve it, to bill you, and to answer your requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data to train models for other customers.
4. Legal bases
We rely on the performance of our contract with you, on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service, on your consent where required, and on legal obligations (such as accounting rules).
5. Sharing and processors
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Zyga (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics), under data-processing agreements. When data leaves the European Union, we use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after closure, except where the law requires longer retention. Business data you process is kept under your control: you can export or delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). To exercise a right, email contact@zyga.ai; we answer within one month.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted and logged, and connected accounts use their providers' official authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the care we would want for our own business.
9. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Questions: contact@zyga.ai.
